What is your shipping method?
Your order will be shipped from Manly Beach, Sydney. Orders are sent via Australia Post, using either a Standard or Express post service, depending on the service selected at checkout. Standard shipping is complimentary.
When are orders dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Monday-Friday and on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched the following business day. On dispatch of your order, you will be provided with a tracking number to allow you to track your delivery.
For metropolitan delivery within NSW, please allow 2-3 business days for your parcel to arrive. For rural delivery within NSW, please allow 3-5 business days.
For interstate parcels within the metropolitan areas, please allow 3-6 business days for your parcel to arrive. For rural delivery, please allow up to 10 business days.
For metropolitan delivery, please allow 1-2 business days for your parcel to arrive. Next business day delivery can occur if sending to a capital city (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. For rural delivery outside the metropolitan areas, please allow 2-3 business days. This applies Australia wide.
Please note: the time frames specified above for shipping via standard and express means are to be used as a guide only. If your parcel exceeds these time frames, we cannot be held responsible for the delay.
What is your return process?
We ask that you please contact us within 5 days of receiving your slides via email at email@example.com to discuss your return (extended to 14 days over the holiday period). Please include your original order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with all the details you need to effect the return.
What condition are the slides required to be returned?
We require them to be in original condition, with original packaging. They must not have been worn or altered in any way. We reserve the right to deny any slides for return that do not meet this standard.
What is your refund policy?
We will happily offer a refund if the slides are faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size is unavailable for exchange. We will assess the fault upon return of the slides and reserve the right to repair or replace, before offering a refund. Any refunds given will be less a processing and handling fee of $10.
What is your exchange policy?
We will happily accept an exchange for incorrect sizing, however not due to change of mind as to the style. Given this, we ask that you please choose the style carefully before purchasing.
Are returns free?
The shipping costs incurred in returning the slides to us and in the re-posting of the replacement slides are to be covered by you. You will be compensated for any shipping costs incurred in returning slides that are deemed to be faulty.
- We use Australia Post service on all international orders. These can take approximately 4-10 business days to arrive and service selected, dependent on location.
- International orders will be posted out within 1-2 days of receiving the order.
- We currently offer international shipping to those residing in the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, Canada, Phillipines and Poland. Shipping to other countries will be available soon. If you do require shipment to another region, please email us.
- International orders may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures which may cause delays and exceed originally stated delivery estimates. Any duties, foreign taxes or other fees enforced by customs departments will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding this.
Please note: all prices stipulated and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar currency.
- Please email us within 1 week of receiving your slides to discuss your return. We will then provide you with all the details you need to enable the return.
- We strongly recommend using a traceable postal service to return the slides as we will not be held responsible or accountable for the loss of any items being returned.
- The slides must be returned in original condition, being unworn and unmarked.
- We do not offer exchanges, only store credits and refunds.
- We do not cover international postage costs if the customer wishes to return their order. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We kindly ask that you properly consult our sizing guide prior to purchasing to avoid any sizing issues upon receipt. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect sizing purchases.
